The Asia room is a charming guest room that will take you on a journey to distant lands. This room is a nod to my passion for Japan and South Korea and to the origins of my husband Jatin, an Indian born in Hong Kong.

The soft, warm colors of the room transport you straight to Southeast Asia. Let your mind wander and your body relax in this room with its calming atmosphere.
I decorated the room in shades of beige and chose a Japanese-style tapestry with cranes symbolizing longevity and happiness. Its colors are conducive to rest and relaxation. I wanted to create an atmosphere that allows you to take beautiful trips to the land of dreams.

On the menu for this tasting: the character of Tomme des Ardennes , the creaminess of Chaource (pride of our neighbouring region) and other gems depending on the aging process at the time.

We have selected for you the finest examples of our local gastronomy:
- On the charcuterie side: Discover the character of the true Ardennes Ham (IGP) and the finesse of Reims Ham , a tasty culinary specialty that you absolutely must discover.
Cheese side: Enjoy a selection matured by our cheesemonger, including the rustic Tomme des Ardennes or the creamy Chaource .
Everything is accompanied by good fresh bread for a convivial tasting experience.
