Your day begins with a flavor-packed French breakfast: jams simmered with fruits from our orchard, homemade yogurts, and local delicacies like the famous Ardennes ham. In the evening, upon reservation, our Private Dining (Table d'Hôtes) invites you to discover a seasonal, 100% homemade cuisine highlighting the best artisans of our terroir, perfectly paired with a glass of grower Champagne.
