Slate and Chalk Room

A guest room with a soothing atmosphere

Discover the calm and soothing atmosphere of the Ardoise et Craie room during your next stay at the Presbytère de Sévigny. It is decorated with furniture found and patinated by me in slate gray and chalk white which recall the materials used in village houses. Equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom, it is perfect for two people.

Located on the first floor of the guest house, the Ardoise et Craie room will charm you with its high ceilings and exposed framework. Its pastel decoration exudes a soft and comforting atmosphere conducive to a good night's sleep. The antique and weathered furniture in gray and white reinforces this impression of calm.

To make your stay truly relaxing, the room is fully equipped and has a private bathroom with a large shower and separate toilet. If you feel like writing a few notes while admiring the view of the rose bushes in the courtyard, a small office is at your disposal.

So that you have sweet dreams, the Ardoise et Craie room has a large comfortable bed. If you stay in summer, you can enjoy the cool night air without being disturbed by insects thanks to the mosquito nets installed on the windows.

The Champagne room is decorated in beige and natural tones. I chose its soft and harmonious colors to highlight the exposed framework and furniture of the room. It is equipped with a double bed and can accommodate two people. Many amenities are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Located on the first floor of the guest house, you will have a beautiful view of the courtyard and its flower garden.

A warm and relaxing atmosphere

The Champagne room is very spacious thanks to its high ceilings highlighted by the exposed framework. I chose the decorative elements carefully to provide a calm and warm atmosphere. You will notice the small crossbow chest of drawers, the small patinated wardrobe and the headboard made of shutters from the Place Ducale in Charleville-Mézières. It's a little nod to our beautiful region of Champagne and to the Ardennes department in particular.

The room is located on the first floor of the presbytery and offers you a beautiful view of the courtyard and its flower garden. Throughout the seasons, you will appreciate the beauty of old rose bushes or the rustic charm of perennial plants. Perhaps you will even see sparrows or mischievous squirrels who have taken up residence there.

The Nature room stands out for its spacious volume and its natural and authentic decoration. It offers you a view of the courtyard of the Presbytery where you can enjoy the calm of the environment changing with the seasons. This room can comfortably accommodate up to three people thanks to its three single beds. It is suitable for both leisure and business stays, as it is equipped with an office and wifi.

The calm of nature in a guest room

The Nature room is decorated in soft beige tones which match perfectly with its cozy and authentic decoration. The high ceilings highlighted by the exposed beams and whitewashed paneling create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

From the room, you have a view of the Presbytery courtyard and you can admire the old rose bushes or perennial plants from the window depending on the season in which you come to stay. In summer, you can enjoy a quiet environment to sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by small animals thanks to the mosquito net.

This room is ideal for accommodating a group of friends or colleagues on business trips, as it has three single beds. It is also a configuration that will suit small families.

Bedroom 3 is decorated in a natural style, beige with a few touches of green to recall the Ardennes forest.

The Asia room is a charming guest room that will take you on a journey to distant lands. This room is a nod to my passion for Japan and South Korea and to the origins of my husband Jatin, an Indian born in Hong Kong.

A guest room in the colors of Asia

The soft, warm colors of the room transport you straight to Southeast Asia. Let your mind wander and your body relax in this room with its calming atmosphere.

I decorated the room in shades of beige and chose a Japanese-style tapestry with cranes symbolizing longevity and happiness. Its colors are conducive to rest and relaxation. I wanted to create an atmosphere that allows you to take beautiful trips to the land of dreams.
